High precision 4-post fully automatic screen printing machine with substrate loading and unloading, CCD (Vision) camera registering and auto-alignment with three axis servo motors. Unrivaled precision for high-tech industrial quality thin film applications including biosensors, diagnostic testers, flexible circuits, EL panels, membrane switches, and much more.


Mode of operation:
• The material is picked up with automatic (stacking) feeder and position on print table.
• After detection by the CCD camera the material is positioned with the highest precision.
• The print table moves into the print station, then the print process starts automatically.
• The material is removed from print table with outlet take-off device onto delivery transport conveyor to drying/curing system.

• NOTE: Standard workflow is left in and right out.
